Disappoint or Anger

What's worse? Disappointment or anger and annoyance? The thing about anger is that you get over it. Anger, you get angry, have a bitch fit , have way too much ice cream or alcohol,whichever one you prefer. And after that u get over it. Move on with your life. Now disappointment, well this ones a difficult one, you are so let down by the person that you don't have energy for anger. I just think disappointment's just way worse especially if it happens often.
